Interview
Told them I was in the final stages of the process with another firm. Got a panel zoom interview within 3 days. I did well on behavioral, though I felt I was lackluster on some technical questions. I got a call back in 2 days with an offer. The entire process was quick. I think this was because of the competing offer.
Interview Questions
I was asked how the three financial statements were linked together. While this may be a standard question, I was not properly prepared as I hadn't "studied" this question, despite having dealt with the three financial statements hands-on in my past position.

Interview
Phone interview with HR then a group meeting with three Senior Analyst where they probed basic financial knowledge, as well as tell me about yourself and questions about the firm. After that was an interview with 2 VP's where they tested slightly harder more technical knowledge and market commentary. Finally I met with the 2 PM's where the put you through the typical walk me through the statements, depreciation, commentary on the market etc. Following that was an in office investment memo on a company they invest in.
Interview Questions
The full investment memo was not unexpected but was the most difficult part of the interview. I had 1 hour to read the materials, summarize the company and industry, go through the performance and outline key metrics to follow (leverage, EBITDA, interest coverage, etc) and then pitch it to the two portfolio managers. They are both very nice and werent looking to trip me up but would press you until you either gave them the information they wanted or you had to admit you did not know. A good preview of what the job entails.
