First round interview with analyst team. Some technical questions such as defining EBITDA and explaining how 3 financial statements are linked. Behavioral questions were standard such as "what do you want to get out of this job".
Second round was case study of a random company's 10-k report. Given 1.5 hours to analyze and 1 hour to explain findings and answer questions.
