1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied for on-campus recruiting. I was interested in the program because I heard great things about GE's equivalent program. I received an offer for an interview and the interview process on-campus was with 1 person for 45 minutes. The interview is ALL behavioral. The interviewer reads off a list of questions on a notepad (about 12-15 total) that ask about times when you were a leader and succeeded, failed, how you stay organized, etc.

This interview was the most comprehensive behavioral interview I have ever had, and that's saying a lot. To give you an idea, I ran out of stories to tell the interviewer about 25 minutes in, and I had about 6 behavioral answers prepared. In the middle of the interview, I began questioning what I was exactly applying for and from there on, my enthusiasm to finish the interview waned. I bet the interviewer was able to tell.
