Trader

I applied through school website. He sent me an email and asked what makes you think you're a good trader. I replied and got an onsite interview. During the interview, Interview was easy, just told me to talk about myself. I sat down with him at his trading desk during market hours where he went over my resume at the desk. I have to take a test to get the position. The written test runs like 20 mins, including Market Knowledge, Behavioral, and Math Logic Games/Riddles. The rest of the interview was introducing how the company works. He just explained this job and capital contribution,etc.
