What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It began with a casual conversation (Talk about yourself, such as, go through the resume, explain the reason of applying a position of trader). The paper test will last for 15 minutes. After the paper test, the manager(1:1 base) may ask you some of behavior questions to check the personality.
