2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst - Healthcare

I first applied through TD Securities’ online portal and was also referred by a contact who had worked with the firm previously. After submitting my application (resume and cover letter), I received an email from the recruiting team about two weeks later to schedule a first-round interview.
First Round Interview:
The first round was a 30-minute virtual interview conducted over Zoom with an analyst and two associates from the investment banking team. The interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Behavioral questions were typical — "Why TD Securities?", "Why investment banking?", and "Walk me through your resume." Technicals included valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) and a few basic accounting questions like “walk me through how $10 of depreciation flows through the three financial statements.”
