Submitted my resume through OCR. Got notified for a interview. First round all behavior based. The interviewer was very nice, I thought I did pretty well. After that, there was absolutely no communication. They interviewed 9 people from my school, which is an target business school, none got any emails.
I called the interviewer, after a month, the guy was ice cold. Said that if you haven't heard by then, probably won't hear ever...
