Capital Market Risk Management Associate

Spoke with one of the talent recruiters who forwarded my application to the risk team. From there I a got a call asking if I wanted to interview in a weeks time. Prepped for the interview by reading an investments book as well as practiced behaviourals with a friend. Interview was over the phone and it consisted of two interviews; one with 2 risk leads and one with an HR rep. Both were purely behaviourals and only one brainteaser (clock hands question). Got awarded second round and flew out to interview at the firm. The interview process there was very much similar to phone interview but this time spoke to two groups of 2 credit leads who worked in either credit or market risk where the interviews lasted a respective time of 30 minutes each.
