Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiters first come to campus for information sessions. After networking with senior and junior staff (plus HR), I stayed in contact with them through the recruiting period and eventually applied for this position. First round interviewes were composed of two seperate interviews. The first of those two being more behavioural focused and the later more technical, with an expectation of some market knowledge and interest in capital markets. The final round (superday) consisted of four seperate interviews. One interview with the head of HR, and the other 3 with VPs and Managers of the division. Before the final rounds, there was a pre-interview dinner with members of the bank.
