Credit Summer Analyst

Applied through OCR. First round was in-person interview. Very basic get to know you type of interview and talk about past experience. Received invite for a Superday within a few days. Now this is where it gets interesting.

Went for the Superday and met with a couple people for fairly simple get to know you interviews. Thought it went ok but you can never really tell for sure. HR rep told me I would hear back in one day. Didn't hear back and called me/e-mailed me a couple times within the next couple weeks to let me know they were still delayed. And it was some pretty BS excuse. It's been a month since my Superday and no response...can't help but wonder whether they're just stringing me on their wait list or didn't even have the balls to give me a rejection call.

Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Even if they were to call me back and make an offer, wouldn't want to work at a place that treats people like this and has such an incompetent HR dept.
