I found out about the opportunities in LinkedIn. The first stage of the process was externalized to a recrutement company called Generation Success. So, I completed an online form that required me to submit a CV, select the department I was most willing to join (3 to pick and order) and the office (London or Dublin).
After that screening I was contacted by GS to schedule a zoom interview of 20 minutes. This first interview was focused on personality, my past experiences and the soft skills that I had acquired thanks to them. And the interviewer also told me about TD Securities, the position that they felt will better suit to my profile (in my case the Fixed Income Sales-Trading team)
Almost 2 weeks after that zoom interview I received an invitation for an online assessment center (numerical, spatial/deductive, verbal + a foreign language level tests). It roughly lasted 1h15 min.
Almost 1 week after I received from GS explaining that my application was kept and the transfered it to TD Securities teams, which will be in touch with me soon to schedule a meeting with my potential desk team.
And actually, the following day I received an invitation from TD HR team to give my availabilities for a meeting for the two next weeks.
That last interview was led by the Head of Government bonds Sales team and the Director of Fixed Income. It was balance mixed of strength based and competency based questions, plus a couple of questions about the financial news, my understanding of the relationship between interest rates, inflation and FI.
