Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was a very low touch firm. Did not do any on or off campus networking events. I submitted resume / cover letter through my school's OCR. First round consisted of 2 on 1, with 1 associate and 1 MD. It was the most technical interview I underwent. Second round consisted on 3 one on one interviews (2 MDs, 1 VP). The MDs just talked about my background, whereas the VP got technical. Definitely be prepared for technical questions. Overall, they weren't very concerned about fit, but did stress the importance of being able to sell so it might be a good idea to show you are a go-getter and personable, etc.
