I applied online. A few weeks/month later a recruiter emailed me up to set up an initial phone screen. After I passed the phone screen, I was set up on a phone call with the hiring manager who I would later find out would become my staffer. Passed that and went on to a Superday with 4x30 min interviews with each of the major department heads that I would work with. After a couple days I was called again by my staffer to see if I was still interested. Received a verbal offer from the recruiter the next day.
