Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I built a connection with multiple people on the team through cold outreach (LinkedIn) and a live introduction while I was interning in New York from a friend. When applications open I was encouraged to apply and received a round 1 interview. The culture at the firm varies from team to team, but they seem to appreciate friendly and social candidates.
