Summer Analyst

Initial posting and application was through university's career center. There was a dinner with interviewers and candidates at a restaurant the night before, then they came on campus to conduct interviews. Each candidate went through two half-hour one-on-one interviews with a salesperson and trader, respectively. The interviews themselves were a mix of rapid-fire knowledge and technical questions, as well as mroe behavioral-focused ones.
