Summer Associate Intern

The hiring process took longer than expected, given that they were looking to replace somebody who took a quick leave. I got the sense that if you show enough enthusiasm and persistence (i.e. following up with every call and interview) that they were good about letting you know how far along the process they are in making the final decision. This was, however, an application submitted to a specific wealth management office. I did one phone interview and one face-to-face interview. The face-to-face was conducted in a round robin fashion and felt very fast-paced.
