Summer Associate Intern

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. I spoke to them over the phone and went over my relevant credentials, expressed interest, and scheduled an in-person interview later that week. Interview consisted of 1-on-1s with a Director of the Acquisitions team and a VP of the same team. Both interviews were fairly casual and were mostly behavior/fit. Interviewers were laid back and friendly. Only technical questions revolved around general RE finance knowledge and discussing Excel expertise.
