Summer Associate Intern

I had four interviews with Morgan Stanley over the past week. The first interview was over the phone. The second three were at MS's office, all in the same day.

The first interview was about a theoretical startup. I was asked questions about funding the startup and how to think about cost of capital. (Many other questions to test my knowledge that surrounded this theoretical startup, but that was the theme).

The three interviews at MS's office covered accretion/dilution with a written question about EPS, questions about beta for two theoretical companies (hot dog stand and a deep-lake treasure hunter), and fit questions.
