1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview consisted of one "superday" interview in Toronto. This interview was 3 hours long, consisting of six 30 minute interviews. The interviews were a fairly solid mix of both behavioural and technical questions. After the interview, I received an offer about 10 minutes after I left the building.
Although I chose not to accept the offer, I have nothing but good things to say about the people with whom I interviewed. Everyone was extremely nice and really demonstrated that TD Securities has a great corporate culture.
