Consisted of one 30-minute phone interview with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions related to the economy, yield curve, and opinion on QE. Then interviewed in person one month later. Consisted of 2 interviews with 2 employees each of varying levels. Both consisted of a mixture of behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions were in regards to how to think about a pair trade, what you look for in financial statements when evaluating a company, yield curve, and duration from what I can remember. They also asked for a recommendation letter when coming in for the in-person interview. Interviewers were very friendly.

If you have remotely prepared for IB interviews you will be more than qualified for whatever they throw at you. The biggest thing is to know other analysts that have worked there and to have a strong working knowledge of the type of investing a public pension engages in.
