Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Consisted of one 30-minute phone interview with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions related to the economy, yield curve, and opinion on QE. Then interviewed in person one month later. Consisted of 2 interviews with 2 employees each of varying levels. Both consisted of a mixture of behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions were in regards to how to think about a pair trade, what you look for in financial statements when evaluating a company, yield curve, and duration from what I can remember. They also asked for a recommendation letter when coming in for the in-person interview. Interviewers were very friendly.
