The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
There is only 1 round, and you are usually paired with someone from the HR who asks behavioural questions (tell me about yourself, why TELUS Health, why pensions etc) and a set of very simple technical questions (excel (VERY EASY), DB vs DC Plan, contributions, benefits, MTV Maximum, Bridge Benefit, indexing, fund level). The team is super nice and helpful, and they always reorganize their thoughts about what you said at the end (because they don't make the decision, its someone else who reviews the notes and makes the final decision)
