Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Series of 1x1 interviews held with managing directors or principals. Each interview was a mix of behavioral (what do you do for fun? What is a team building activity? How would you handle an issue within your own model? etc.), technical (please walk me through how depreciation is ran through the three financial statements. Also included other I-banking type technical questions), and deal specific questions (what was your specific role on the deal? what value did you bring to the team? etc.). Everyone that I encountered was very professional, intelligent and nice.
