1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Company responded to my email months after submitting. First round interview was very friendly with 2 analysts over zoom for 30 minutes. Very surface level, more of a "fit" interview. Walk me through your resume, why Blackstone, etc. Made it to the second round stage. First 2 out of the 3 interviewers stood me up (no show on zoom with no heads up). HR assured me they would reschedule but never did and gave me a rejection a week later. Very disorganized recruiting structure and an embarrassing way to represent your company.
