Received pymetrics test automatically after submission of application-and I believe you're limited to submitting applications to only 3 groups total unless you were a part of one of their early recruiting diversity programs. Earned first rounds within a few weeks (pymetrics does not get sent to the Fall Future Women Business leaders applicants-groups look at your resumes directly and decide to interview you or not) and some groups came back with second rounds then super day or just straight to superday. Superdays varied in length and structure group-to-group (Credit was a 4 hour block; Real Estate was much shorter and more rounds instead)
