Interview
I submitted my resume to the online posting on their website and kinda forgot about it. Got an e-mail back about 2 months later saying that they were interested in interviewing me. I first had a brief phone screening with HR, really just kind of talking about me and the position, no formal questions. Then I had a skype "superday" with 2 different interviewers, one after another. It was mostly questions off my resume and behaviorals.
Interview Questions
Tell me about a time you analyzed a company/Pitch me a stock.

I don't know how common this one is, but I know I got it asked because I listed on my resume a security that I had analyzed as part of an investment organization I'm involved in at my university. He asked about that stock specifically, so I am not sure if they would just ask the question straight up.

What do you know about Risk Management?

This one was kind of tricky - They company 4 different Risk Management divisions, and I just kind of listed them out. The interviewer seemed content with the answer, but to this day I still don't really know what they do.

Very simple interview process. Phone interview with basic questions about yourself. After that, a skype interview with the department manager with more basic questions about yourself
Interview Questions
Since my college is not big on using teams in its curriculum, I went on to talk about how I worked in a team setting when I played club sport in college. I just spoke about how you have to learn how to leverage each individual players strengths, and be able to pinpoint weaknesses to come up with a gameplan to win. I think what they are looking for is more about can you work with people, and do so without being too much of an ass or too quite. All in all a simple question, but for me I had to think on my toes.

Interview
Phone interview with HR in the start which was basic behavorials. Then went to an interview with two members of the team who asked about current economical climate and risk metrics.
Interview Questions
Not too many that were too difficult, but they asked a lot about the risks facing the current economy. Also brought up Brexit and asked for my thoughts. They also wanted to see how my previous experience directly related to the position which threw me off slightly. Nothing was too difficult, as he assumed I had most finance/accounting technicals down. They more wanted to know why DTCC and really wanted me to get specific with that which wasn't too difficult in my opinion. He also asked my future plans if I were to get the internship., How will you use your school classes in this internship? I answered this by saying that I had experience in accounting, finance, and real estate which translates over to economic, credit, and liquidity risk. He asked some follow ups about specific aspects of risk.

Interview
To say that my interview was easy would be an understatement. I had an initial phone interview with just very basic situational questions and personal fit questions. Then I had a skype interview, which didnt consist of any questions, and felt like my interviewer just read off of my resume then told me about what he does and his background. Was offered the position the next day.
Interview Questions
There really were no difficult questions for either of the interviews. Personally, my college did not have may opportunities for group projects, so when the recruiter asked me about a group project I completed, I did not have a lot of examples to give. Additionally, they asked me about a time that failed, and from it how I went about learning from that experience. Like I said, these questions were really not difficult to answer, and they had nothing that could potentially stump you or leave you blanking.
