Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume to the online posting on their website and kinda forgot about it. Got an e-mail back about 2 months later saying that they were interested in interviewing me. I first had a brief phone screening with HR, really just kind of talking about me and the position, no formal questions. Then I had a skype "superday" with 2 different interviewers, one after another. It was mostly questions off my resume and behaviorals.
