Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially attended an on-campus info-session focused on the full-time associate position. A few days later, I submitted my application through my university's job portal, and a few days to a week later, I received an email invitation to the first-round interview. The interview itself, which consisted of two brief (about 30 minutes each) back-to-back one-on-one interviews, was scheduled about a week after that. One of the interviews was dedicated to a market sizing question, while the other had a more open-ended, behavioral focus. The interviewers themselves were nice and gave me the impression of a tight-knit, small-office boutique culture. A few days later one of the inteviewers called me to tell me that I would be advancing to the second round of interviews. In terms of advice, I'd focus on learning about the firm's culture and how you fit in with it, since it's a key thing that they look for in candidates.
