Initial email outreach from the firm, sourced from on campus recruiting database. Scheduled an initial screening call in which they wanted to gauge genuine interest in their firm. Afterwards, an initial interview with behavioral questions and general demonstration of private equity basic finance topics knowledge. Finally, a model / case study remote test in which a few hours were allocated to build a model and memo. A debrief was performed to discuss the materials afterward.
