Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Vanguard believes strongly in its company culture of training so they aren't looking for finance acumen beyond basics such as "What is the difference between an ETF and a Mutual Fund" or "What happens to bonds when interest rates rise?". They are mostly looking for fit and people they feel will work well with others. Mostly your standard STAR questions such as "Tell me about a time you worked with someone difficult" or "Tell me about a time you had to meet a deadline".

Being too "Wall Street" can be a turn-off as Vanguard likes to think of itself as a "Main Street" type of place.

There is a quick case study.
