College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program

I met Vanguard representatives at our school's career fair. They reached out to me to set up a phone interview, as I was a qualified candidate. The phone interview was strictly behavioral, and they asked several relatively simple questions. At the end of the phone interview, I was offered a second-round interview at Valley Forge. This consisted of a group "roundtable," where we collaborated on a markets question, and 2 30-minute behavioral interviews. Because the internship was rotational throughout the business, there were no difficult technical questions. Prepare for behavioral questions and "fit" questions.
