Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online around May. I hear back around September to set up a phone interview. I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Mainly behavioral questions were asked. The technical questions were about revenues and costs associated with Vanguard's operations. I had to wait about two weeks to get a response from a recruiter.
