Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Really quick and easy. 1st round zoom with manager. More technical (ETF mechanics, TMAY, why vanguard, what do you know about the firm, different stakeholders, what do you think the team does, etc). 2nd round with 2 members of the team, in person, all behavioural, cultural, motivations based. Asked about working and communication style, some STARR questions about working in teams or working in operations. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the team. 3rd round with hiring manager again. This time, purely motivations based. They want to make sure the team is right for you and you are right for the team.
