Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a 30min phone interview. Questions consisted on behavioral questions and questions regarding resume. Once successfully completed that, you are called in for a superday. Presentations are given about the firm and the specific department you applied/interviewing for. Broke off into seperate rooms and had 1-on-1 interviews. 2 rounds of this. Questions consisted of more behavioral questions, questions about experience, finance/business acumen, and career goals.
