VADP Vanguard Accelerated Development Program

Got first interview with recruiter on career fair. Then they flew me to their scottsdale office for a day of lunch/presentations/interviews. 2 Interviews purely behavioral with senior management, then a group presentation/activity where you are expected to demonstrate leadership skills. You have lunch and breakfast with senior management and are expected to be friendly at all times. Keep in mind most of the positions in AZ are for client service oriented roles. They barely started moving analytical positions to the area i.e. portfolio managers and analysts. VADP is a good route to be in people leadership i.e. team leader of a back office group
