Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got my resume in through Vanguard's Explore day and then applied online. First round was a phone screening. Second round was at the Vanguard office and was a mini super day which consisted of a behavioral interview, a situational interview, and a group case discussion. We also received a tour of the campus during the day and a few talks about the benefits of working at Vanguard. I got my offer around 2 weeks later.
