Global Development Analyst

THIS JOB REQUIRES FINANCIAL MODELING BACKGROUND. It was not obvious from the job description, but that is heavily emphasized in the recruiting process. Round 1 was phone screening w/ the recruiter. Round 2 was a 30-minute conversation w/ someone on the global development team. Behavioral and some technical questions (walk me through a DCF, 3 types of financial statements). Super day was 3.5 hours. There was an exercise in which you are given different info and asked to create 5 year cash flow, income statement, and find other values. They really care about your background in financial modeling. Also some strategy consulting questions related to Disney projects and behavioral questions. I would recommend watching The Imagineering Series b/c it gives a good overview of different strategic projects Disney has worked on. Also be sure to emphasize why you are interested in global development team.
