Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got an interview through a referral. I had an skipper interview with 3 others joining from different parts of the world. I had sent solutions for the problems they asked me to write programs for. They were not as keen on me knowing a particular language but wanted to see my approach to the problems. After the interview I waited almost a week to find out the I was not selected.
