1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1-1 interview with PM who recently joined and was building out team, set up by headhunter. PM was looking for Senior Researcher and was working with selected recruiters it appears. Interview was a 60min in person discussion about PMs overall plan when it comes to strategies and the team. Feedback came swift and we already converged during interview process that there wouldn't be a mutual fit.
