Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After an on-campus info session there was one interview in person on campus then a superday a week later. Superday was 4.5 hours long in person in their Boston office. Interview was with a mix of senior and junior members of the firm both from Boston office (in person) or other offices (on zoom). Questions were mostly behavioral with one technical interview based around a case study. Seems like a great tight-kit culture with a lot of upward mobility.
