Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through my campus' careers portal and did a 2 on 1 interview with a director and a junior analyst on campus. They offered 11 different 30-minute time slots to interview on one day. Questions were very behavioral. The analysts focus on energy, but seem to take a generalist approach i.e. an analyst is not just looking at midstream oil companies. Basically every analyst is a CFA charterholder. Collaborative culture of bouncing ideas around.
