The phone interview consisted of asking me for my prior experience, which was successful retail trading. This seemed to be more than enough, even without evidence and verification of prior trading experience, to invite me to trade for them. Next consisted of an e-mail "interview" to ask me if my schedule would fit with market hours, and telling me that it's a no-salary, commissions only position. They informed me that it's best to only take the position if I did not immediately need money.

There were no unexpected interview questions. I believe that they take anybody on-board who wants to join.
