Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview for the initial screening with operations manager after submitting my resume a few weeks prior. Was asked to come in with a group of 15 interviewees and was given a skills test comprised of 60 questions and we were given 15 minutes to complete the test. Told us they would call back anyone that passed the test. Was asked to come back and interview with owner a week later. Interview consisted of various personality, mathematical and probability questions to understand how one thinks and how quickly one can process information.
