Initially applied Online, after that if the CV is short listed , a call from Geneva or Singapore is received to confirm the first round of interviews. 2 interviews with 2 interviewers in each case with a duration of 45 min. each. Interview primarily checking your market awareness and knowledge about the business. Also some emphasis on tricky numerical questions or puzzles, feedback recorded by the interviewer. A call received next day from Geneva confirming final round of interviews again same format just 2 weeks later but assuming with senior guys. waiting for the interview, will update the result after that.
