What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st: phone interview (they called me on a Sunday)
2nd: 2 face to face interviews with 4 mid level managers (Geneva office)
People are very friendly.
once you announce your arrival on the entrance, you will be sited in a lounge area, there will be other candidates, then the HR will take you to the first interview with 2 mid level employees. the interview lasts approx 30 min
Then you will have a 5 min break, then another 30 min interview with 2 other people form other divisions.

when you succeed these interview you will be invited for an additional 2 interviews with 4 people, Global heads
