What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, it's a phone screen out of the blue. I got called from a Singapore number on a Friday night. They ask some simple questions, and a technical one i.e. "what are the risks involved in shipping a tanker from East Africa to the US."
If you answer that satisfactorily, you will be invited to an in-person interview. Mine was at the Stamford office, and consisted of two 45 minute interviews.
The next morning I received a call asking for a 2nd round interview with their divisional heads. Same format of 2 x 45 minute interviews.
