1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was a phone screen, with basic resume review and some simple math questions.
The second round was an on site 2:1 interview. Again this was more on the behavioral than technical. Standard questions such as "Why commodities ? Why Trafigura? Why you ?"
