Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online for the Graduate Program ( Oil & its Derivatives). I got a call the same day but when we could not hear each other. So I tried calling them back in Geneva and I spoke to the receptionist who suggested I should email HR. Surprisingly, I got a phone screen at 9 am on Sunday. I got another call to schedule the first round.
