Applied online via webpage. With the exception of a confirmation immediately after submitting my application no communication for a month. Then received a call out of nowhere but pretty generic: general motivation questions, personality fit. Received an offer for an on-site interview in Geneva. Three rounds of interviews with both managers and traders from different departments. Lots of technical questions (what are operational risks of moving oil from point A to B?) and questions related to CV. Emphasized willingness to relocate to remote places.
