The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Consisted of an initial phone screen with the recruiter. After that I was invited in for first round interviews with two 1 on 1 interviews. I met with an AD and with the CFO of the company. I was a late entrant into the candidate pool and was notified that I would be moving on the the next round later that day. I was back in the office the next week, and met with three people on the team to see if I would be a fit. No questions were overly difficult, but they were looking for someone with far more experience than I had.
Interview Questions
I don't think that any of the questions were particularly difficult, but since this was a performance analyst position they did ask: "Since our strategy is so unique, what would be the index that you benchmark our performance to?"
Didn't know of any off the top of my head, but explained the process I would go to screen through possible choices, and then told them I would calculate the tracking error to see if it was a good fit.
